How is my offense "cheese"? I run every formation with different personnel, I don't run the same 2 plays over and over like several others.

bottom line is.... if you hit run middle every play you have no skills. if you take your qb out and put a fast guy in... no skillz.... if you take any d linemen out and put any other players in... no skillz... you have no strategy and basically rely on flaws in this game to win. I am in top 100 and don't do any of these ... however i don't play other top 100 guys because i know i can expect something way out of the ordinary and very flawed..... pussies

ReplyDeleteI've play at least 10 of the guys in the top 15 and all but 3 of them are cheesers, gimmick players, and/or cheaters. The only two players that played real football againts me were Spurrier Era, Crimson Yankee, and Dinger 80. In my opinion they are the three best players on the game.

ReplyDeleteThe rocket is a gimmick. Every 3rd down you run it or when you're down. Notice in some of your highlights the defensive player user covers the guy and has someone over top but you throw it anyway. It takes "stick skills..." Well so does user-everything in the game.
I could sit here all day and watch simple arcarders talk all day. "The legend is on xbox360." Hahaha wow what a douche bag. Calling yourself a "legend" makes a lot of things awkward. I scratch my head and look at my brother and say "is this a video game..." But yet you are like a lot of players and find ways to beat the GAME and not beat the USER. Funny.
I played CapoBillionaire today and have to agree that he was fun to play. He plays straight up and had no gimmicks about his game. He never resorted to glitching or anything the entire game and it was really close.
I guess in a game where a lot of people sound really lame and toolish saying "the legend is here" or w/e, I'm just trying to call you out one at a time and "keep it real."
Watch your game. Would it be like a game you see in real life? No.

I put him in 1 formation which is the pony and I dont run around 50 feet back, I use him as a pocket QB or to run opt or for run commit... not a whole bunch of ppl know he can throw thats why they run commit easy 20 yards.

3. Wildcat is a package, it is a designed formation with personnel options. It is not a defensive back coming onto the field to play quarterback as a pocket passer.
4. Noticed I called craw out earlier in this thread… the one w/ all the numbered questions… Forgot to add my name Dvbuente when I entered the text. Sorry. Craw is a cheese and his reputation as the #1 player all time has been permanently ruined by his own greed to become an arcade gamer.
5. Oklahoma Coma 2 may be the worst cheese out there.

I just think of all the summers my buddies and I waited outside to get this game at midnight. If we were to sit down and draw randoms from the top 25, and I were to put defensive backs at qb, db's at d-end, and run the same shit over and over again, what fun would that be? It would be stupid none of my friends would want to play again. That's the background I'm coming from.

adi21... Yeah you're exactly correct. When I play someone who is running the same shit, I find myself having to run the same 2 or 3 plays to beat it. For example: had a guy who put ss at de the other day and was WVU and I was Virgina. He ran the same run commit middle out of quarters so I ran the bulldog heavy jet option all game. It was the only thing that worked and I didn't feel guilty about it. We'll run an unranked game I'm good w/ that.

Dvbuente and Adi are both extremely legit. They never back out of a game no matter if they think they are gonna lose or not. They are just playing the game for good competition and they don't give a crap if they mess up their record. Craw u should take note of that and play Adi. In response to the above text, I would like to add BYU4EVER to that list. He plays basically all bull shit football. His trash football ranges from using Jeff Demps at QB (to be fair he didn't do it all game but enough to be considered bull shit football), running fake punt run on any short yardage situation no matter where on the field or what down, nano blitzing, and backing out in match making against me until he is home team. Then he has the nerve to bitch at me about running the option against him (with an actual QB). Regardless, he was still victim #135 in my current win streak.

I mean, I beat him by 2 scores, so I'm not scared to play him, but I don't feel like dealing with that bull crap cheese he likes to run. Everytime we get matched up and I don't play him he messages me and calls me "scared." It makes me laugh cause I already beat him, and my average opponent level is twice as high as his. So who's scared?

I was hostile to both of them b/c I called them out for doing things that I thought was glitchy. Both resented it and wanted to clear the air. They explained to me their game plan and how they execute it against the top people in this game. OK2 wasn't aware of the defensive back AI when he puts his running back in motion and I had to explain that to him to an extent. He burned me on this four times but he thought it was working. Well if it is working, why not continue to do it? Both of these guys seemed very legit and were really fair in explaining why they were so resentful to me.
I want to apologize to both of these guys b/c I didn't mean to be that way and I wrongly accused them of being (as we know glitchers) as "jokes."
sdi your defensive game is built around a flaw... don't sit there and talk shit about other players when your shit isn't legit. ReplyDeleteI haven't played Oklahoma Coma, but I have played Reginald. I def agree that Reginald is a joke, but he is extremely easy to beat. All you have to do is look who is at QB and you will automatically know what he is about to do. I want to know how he has that many wins? I was highly unimpressed with him. C Hood and others criticize Spurrier Era, but the real player in the top 100 who doesn't belong in the top 1000 is Reginald. I would much rather have Spurrier Era at #1 than have the three jokes behind him, billOSU, BYU4EVER, Wrathvii, or Reginald at that spot.

I was thinking when i was playing him that it takes no skill to push run middle but it kept him in the game. Without it he would have had to concede.
ReplyDeleteWhy does it matter if Adi runs with USC? Everyone in the game seems to run with the top teams. I've played about 730 games and I would say that I have played against Florida in at least 350 of them. Do you want he and I to run with Kent State or UL Monroe against teams like that? Plus Clemson is nice as hell in the game. They got CJ Spiller, Jacoby Ford, Andre Ellington and others. Plus their defense is fast as hell. I could easily beat most users with Clemson.

ReplyDeleteAlmost every player in the top 10 lives and dies with run commit. The only players who used little or no run commit against me were Spurrier Era, Brand New, and Crimson Yankee. They may fix the run commit in 11, but I promise you fags like Craw, C Hood 1, and Adi will find other bugs to exploit. One perfect example is from Madden 09 and 10. The QB walk was taken out, so people nano blitz, rocket catch, and every other cheap thing imaginable. I am a top 250 player in madden and you should be happy all you have is fags who run commit. Madden is to home of the true fake football glitching fags. Comes to Madden if you want to see to real ridiculous stuff.

ReplyDelete1. User picks w/ safeties are almost universal. If you read the offense, are facing forward, and hit catch at the right time, you could be using my Grandmother and get the pick. Come on guys. The one handed picks by Mays are the ones that separate him. But a lot of the time Adi is just reading the defense and is really good at it.
2. Nothing is more annoying than when you people post under anonymous. Not only are you already hiding behind your computer screen, you don't even want to put your gamertag (not your real name)? That's what makes this so awkward. Even Thomason, a guy who I had beef w/ (he's all good) posted his name on my forum. Post your name people so we can understand what is going on.
3. There is no problem w/ using one or two teams. I'm a fan of using multiple teams and I've used about 30ish in online games.
Go to this forum I started on Easports.com and make a few mental notations of the guys that are diehard loyalists. They are just like Adi, BamaNick, ILuvFootball, HUVADiddy, and Mr.TooBrandNew.

ReplyDeleteHere's a hint for all you rocket scientists who can't figure out run commit.
ReplyDeleteFind a formation that has 2 WR's and a tight end. Find a good runnig play in that formation that can consistantly get you 4 to 5 yards a pop. Then pound them up the middle.
What will happen is that most users are not comfortable switching defensive formations to stop the run, so they'll start run committing out of that same formation. As soon as you see they're committing, pick slants, and set your outside receiver to an outside slant and there you go. Either a TD or at least a 20 yard gainer everytime. Just make sure to run your outside slant to the strong side of the field to give more room to run after the catch.
Now is that still too hard for some of you to understand? Run committ is a joke and a smart user should kill it. I only use after learning the tendencies of the user I'm playing.
I'm tired of everyone saying run commit is cheese. I've played against guys who run the whole game with their cb at qb, fake punt run on 1st down from anywhere on the field, put ss's as de, nano blitz on everyplay, and when they're losing they run offsides and glitch. Now those things are cheese. Run commit is not.

ReplyDeleteI'm 28 and have a wife and a 2 year old girl and it's very rare that I can play as many games as I do. I'm blessed with a cool as hell wife and a career where I travel a lot and play games on the road. So unless Craw is as lucky as me, there's no way his wife will put up with him playing childish video games so much. His time is over. Mark my words.
He's a grown up now and most people in the real world with a real family can't spend hours on end at a video game. I am a rare exception to that rule.
